Dubai

After checking into the hotel our first stop was Dubai Miracle Garden - I had high hopes for the garden from Instagram pictures and what people have told me. However I didn't enjoy it as much because it was extremely hot. I don't think my sister and I made it through the entire garden before we decided to call it quits. It was really beautiful and very pretty and all but way to hot of an activity to do in June.

We sought refuge indoors at Madinat Jumaira Souk. It was fun to walk around and check out all the shops and grab a bite to eat.

In the evening we booked a Desert Safari Tour with Dubai Tourism & Travel Services (DTTS). I booked the tour through our concierge at the hotel. The driver picked us up at our hotel at 3pm and we were on the tour until about 10pm. The tour included sand duning, photo op with the sand dunes, dinner, traditional male dancing, belly dancing, hookah, henna tattoo, and camel riding. It was loads of fun! We only had a day in Dubai and this was the main activity/tourist thing we did and I was pretty happy with our decision. We did A LOT while we were in Iran therefore we wanted to relax a bit and chill while in Dubai. The safari tour was fun, relaxing, and very enjoyable!!
