I have a slight obsession with tulle skirts. It may have something to do with always wanting to be a ballerina! Tulle skirts are so feminine and fun to wear! I've had this white tulle skirt in my closet for a few years. My mom spruced it up by adding black lace on the bottom and I couldn't love it more! The lace weighs down the skirt a bit which I love! To have the skirt stand out I paired the skirt with all black and a statement necklace.
