Summer Round Up - Part 3

Doc came into town for a few days and instead of going on vacation we decided to have a stay-cation! We discovered some wonderful gems around us and I have to share it!

Isalita is a delicious restaurant in downtown Ann Arbor. The food at the restaurant is a tapas style therefore we ordered various dishes. We ordered the  Salsa Trio, Baja Fish tacos, Tuna Tostadas, and Sweet Plantains.


Another activity we did was have a spa day! After many hours of research for a great spa we decided on the Salon & Spa at Saks Fiftth Avenue at Somerset Mall in Troy. The spa was relaxing and absolutely wonderful! The aesthetician was extremely knowledgeable and picked out facials for us based on our skin type. Afterwards we felt refreshed and rejuvenated!  

A vacation would have been nice. But sometimes it is refreshing to look around in your own city and discover new places!
