Over the weekend I went on a quick trip to Maryland. My flight got in super early in the AM and my lovely sister picked me up (after a night shift) and treated me to breakfast at Papermoon Diner in Baltimore. Paper moon is a very eclectic, fun, colorful place! We ordered the Challah French Toast Special and the Smarty Omelette - which were both delicious. Also can we all take a moment to recognize that this fabulous cow's eyelashes are better than mine? So glamorous.
