Isfahan has a ton of wonderful sites to visit. We were only in town for about 36 hours and spent majority of our time at Naqsh-e Jahan Square. The square has many sites to visit such as Shah Mosque, Ali Qapu, and Sheikh Lotfollah Mosque as well as shopping at the grand bazaar! Today I'm sharing snaps from the Shah Mosque and Ali Qapu.

The Shah Mosque is absolutely beautiful! Upon entering the vast courtyard you become mesmerized by the structure and design. The dome and colorful tiles are my favorite part.

As a child my favorite visiting in Isfahan was Ali Qapu. Going back to visit this place was such a blast for me. Ali Qapu is a grand palace that was built in stages which spanned about seventy years. The grandest part of the palace is the music hall on the sixth floor. I personally fell in love with the colorfully tiles stairs - makes for a great #shoefie

Isfahan is such a lovely place to visit and I consider it one of quintessential Iranian cities that you need to travel to if you are traveling through Iran. Everything from the sites, cuisine, people, history, and shopping is wonderful!
