This past weekend I made a trip out to Shenandoah National Park in Virginia to take in the fall foliage with friends and family. I've been wanting to go every fall since I moved to Maryland however never got the chance. This year I was determined to cross it off my autumn bucket list.
Words and pictures don't do justice for this breathtaking place! Every stop was a different view and I was in awe of the beautiful landscape. We managed to stick around until sunset and catch the beautiful sunset colors and glow.
Totally worth the drive! I highly recommend a trip out to Shenandoah for anyone in the DMV area who hasn't been. Pack a picnic and head out to Skyline Drive to take in the breathtaking fall views.
